Result of AGM

Norman Broadbent (AIM: NBB) - a leading London listed Professional Services firm offering a diversified portfolio of integrated Leadership Acquisition & Advisory Services (Board & Leadership Search, Senior Interim Management, Research & Insight, Leadership Consulting & Assessment, and executive level Talent Solutions) - announces that at the Annual General Meeting held earlier today, all other resolutions tabled at the meeting were duly passed. Resolution 3 was withdrawn prior to the commencement of the meeting. This resolution related to the re-appointment of Alan Howarth who had already informed the Board of his intention to retire from the Board, as previously announced on 15 June 2021. Accordingly, Alan Howarth has stepped down from the Board with immediate effect. Following completion of the Annual General Meeting, and as announced on 15 June 2021, Peter Searle has been appointed as Chairman of the Company.

Resolutions 1,2,4 and 5 were proposed as ordinary resolutions and Resolution 6 was proposed as a special resolution. The results of the poll are outlined in the table below.
