The company manufactures and sells a wide range of innovative engineered joining technology solutions in three product categories (clamp, connect and fluid) to a diverse customer base in more than 90 countries. Headquartered in Maintal, Germany, NORMA Group operates a global network of 18 manufacturing facilities as well as numerous sales and distribution sites across Europe, the Americas and Asia Pacific.

History
NORMA Group was formed in 2006 through the merger of the German Rasmussen Group, a manufacturer of connecting and retaining elements and fluid conveying conduits which was founded in 1949 and marketed its products globally under the NORMA® brand, and the Swedish ABA Group, a European leader in engineered joining technologies. Since this time, NORMA Group has continued to grow and expand in terms of revenues, product diversity and geographical reach, both organically and through selective acquisitions. In 2007, the Group acquired US American Breeze Industrial Products Corporation. NORMA Group further enhanced the Group's product and brand portfolio through two further acquisitions in the United States in 2010, R.G.RAY Corporation and Craig Assembly Inc. Since April 2011, NORMA Group is listed on the German stock exchange, and included in the SDAX index since June 2011.
