Birgit Seeger appointed as CEO of NORMA Group SE

Maintal, August 4, 2025 – The Supervisory Board of NORMA Group SE (ISIN DE 000A1H8BV3, “NORMA Group”) today appointed Birgit Seeger as new CEO of the NORMA Group for a term of 3 years. Mrs Seeger shall take over her office with effect from November 1, 2025.

Mark Wilhelms, who is currently acting as interim CEO of the NORMA Group will resign from his position as a member of the Management Board at the end of October 31, 2025 and return to the Supervisory Board, effective November 1, 2025.
