The supervisory board of NORMA Group SE (ISIN DE 000A1H8BV3 / WKN A1H8BV, “NORMA Group”)-decided today to appoint Guido Grandi as new chairman of the management board of NORMA Group. He shall start in this role on June 1, 2023.
Mr. Miguel Ángel López Borrego fills the role of CEO in the interim. The supervisory board thanked Mr. López Borrego for his work. As from June 1, 2023 he will resume his position as a member of the supervisory board of NORMA Group.
