Maintal, August 26, 2020 – NORMA Group SE (ISIN DE 000A1H8BV3 / WKN A1H8BV, “NORMA Group”) announces, that the Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Lars Berg, resigns from his role as Chairman and member of the Supervisory Board with effect as of the end of August 31, 2020 due to health reasons. The Supervisory Board elected Günter Hauptmann as Chairman of the Supervisory Board at today’s Board Meeting with effect as from September 1, 2020.
Lars Berg has been a member of the Supervisory Board of NORMA Group since 2011 and took over the role as Chairman in 2018. The Management and Supervisory Board thank Lars Berg for his many years of very successful work for NORMA Group and the excellent cooperation.
With the resignation of Lars Berg, the Supervisory Board temporarily consists of five persons. The Company starts searching for a suitable candidate.
