Andreas Troesch appointed new Director Investor Relations at NORMA
Group AG

Maintal, 14 April, 2011 - With effect from March 2011, Andreas Troesch (43)
has been appointed the new Director Investor Relations for NORMA Group AG,
an international market and technology leader in attractive niche markets
for engineered joining technologies. Before taking up this position,
Troesch headed the Investor Relations division of MDAX-listed Heidelberger
Druckmaschinen AG for five years.

Troesch was born in Darmstadt, Germany, in 1967. He studied Business
Administration at the University of Mannheim. From 2001 to 2005, Troesch
worked in the Investor Relations department and in group consolidation for
HeidelbergCement AG. Prior to that, he was employed by an accounting and
tax consulting firm.

'We are delighted to have found an experienced Investor Relations manager
in Mr. Troesch. Following the successful initial public offering, he will
be responsible for developing the Investor Relations division within NORMA
Group and advancing the company's capital markets communications,' said Dr.
