Item 5.02(c) Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers. On February 22, 2007, Nordson Corporation issued a press release announcing changes to its executive leadership team. The changes include the promotion of Robert A. Dunn to senior vice president and the election of Shelly Peet, Gregory Thaxton and Robert Veillette to corporate officer positions.
