Nordic Unmanned AS: Issuance of shares pertaining to exercise of options

With reference to the announcement on 17 January 2022, the board of directors of

Nordic Unmanned AS (the "Company") (OSE: NUMND) has in a board meeting held

today resolved to issue the 155,000 new shares pertaining to the exercise of

options under the final part the Company's existing share option program, which

was established in 2019.

As stated in the announcement on 17 January 2022, the Company's share capital

will be NOK 26,443,984 divided into 26,443,984 shares, each with a nominal value

of NOK 1.00, following the registration of the share capital increase with

Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Nw.: Foretaksregisteret).
