Nordic Unmanned AS (the "Company") refers to the announcement published on 16th

of March 2021 regarding the successful completion of a private placement of

124,931 new shares in the Company directed towards employees and board members

of the Company (the "Private Placement").

The share capital increase related to the Private Placement has been registered

in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises, and the Company's new

registered share capital is NOK 22,843,608, divided into 22,843,608 shares, each

with a par value of NOK 1.00.
