Nordic Unmanned has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to Partner with

the leading North American distributor RMUS LCC and the leading Australian

distributor Sphere Drones for Nordic Unmanned's range of Staaker, AirRobot, and

DroneMatrix drone products and drone services.

Nordic Unmanned is experiencing increased demand in both regions for its

products and services. Partnering with RMUS and Sphere Drones will give these

sophisticated markets access to our portfolio of European-produced drone

products," says Nordic Unmanned CEO Knut Roar Wiig.

The intent of the MOU is to support the respective companies with marketing and

sales of products and services and to jointly explore commercial opportunities

through client pilot projects. This includes adding RMUS and Sphere Drones

products to Nordic Unmanned's offering to the European market. The MOU with RMUS

covers Canada and the United States of America, the MOU with Sphere Drones will

cover Australia and New Zealand. In addition, Nordic Unmanned will join the

Global UAS Alliance, - https://www.globaluasalliance.com/ founded by RMUS and

Sphere Drones in 2018.

markets is part of Nordic Unmanned's international growth strategy. It also

represents a shift to an increased sales and distribution focus for our mature

A detailed distribution agreement is expected to be signed during Q3 and

exploring the first commercial opportunities has already started. The new

distribution channels are expected to give revenue from Q4 2022.
