The annual general meeting of Nordic Unmanned AS (the "Company") (OSE: NUMND)

will be held on 25 May 2022 at 09:00 hours (CEST) at the Company's offices at

Havnespeilet, 4th floor, Rådhusgata 3, 4306 Sandnes, Norway.

The Company's board of directors has, inter alia, proposed conversion into a

public limited liability company (ASA).
