The annual general meeting of Nordic Unmanned AS (OSE: NUMND) will be held on 26

May 2021 at 17:00 (CEST). Due to the extraordinary situation related to

Covid-19, and in light of the travel and meeting recommendations and

restrictions currently in place, the Board has found it necessary to urge

shareholders to vote through submission of proxy forms prior to the annual

general meeting and not to attend the meeting in person. Please see further
