Nordic Unmanned AS has been notified that Ålgård Holding AS, a company closely

associated with primary insider Erik Ålgård, on 31 December 2021 sold 71,130

shares in Nordic Unmanned AS at the price of NOK 30.0376 per share to EAAH

Invest AS, another company closely associated with Erik Ålgård.

After the transaction the total share exposure to Nordic Unmanned for Erik

Ålgård and close associates is unchanged.

Notification of the transactions are attached to this release.
