Nordic Unmanned AS has been notified that Ålgård Holding AS, a company closely

associated with primary insider Erik Ålgård, on 10 June 2022 purchased 4207

shares in Nordic Unmanned AS at the price of NOK 21,75 per share. After the

transaction, the total share exposure to Nordic Unmanned for Erik Ålgård and

close associates is 691,493. Notification of the transaction is attached to this

release.
