Nordic Unmanned ASA – New share capital registered

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by Nordic Unmanned ASA (the "Company") (Euronext Growth: NUMND) on 27 October 2023 regarding the extraordinary general meeting held in the Company on the same date ("EGM") and the approval of all proposals, hereunder a share capital increase through a private placement of 140,000,000 new shares in the Company (the "Private Placement"), with simultaneous reduction of the par value of the Company's shares from NOK 1.00 to NOK 0.35 (the "Share Capital Reduction").

The Share Capital Reduction and the share capital increase pertaining to the Private Placement, have today been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Nw.: Foretaksregisteret). The Company's new registered share capital and par value is NOK 64,427,329.05, divided on 184,078,083 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.35.
