Reference is made to the announcement by Nordic Unmanned ASA (the "Company")

(OSE: NUMND) on 29 June 2022 regarding the final results of the subsequent

offering.

The share capital increase pertaining to the issuance of the 716,832 new shares

has today been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises

(Nw.: Foretaksregisteret). The Company's new registered share capital is NOK

30,797,179, divided on 30,797,179 shares with a nominal value of NOK 1.00 each.
