The Board of Directors of Nordic Technology Group AS (“NTG” or “the Company”) has approved the 2022 financial statements. The financial statements, NTG Annual report 2022 including Directors’ report, Annual company and group accounts and Auditor´s report are attached to this press release.

The Annual General Meeting will be held on 26 May 2023, and a notice of the meeting, including the 2022 Annual report with auditor´s report will be published on the company´s website, www.ntechgroup.no, on 16 May 2023.
