MossHydro AS, a subsidiary of Nordic Technology Group AS, acquires the Fiizk Akvafresh estate including DesalinaBon Systems and Patents.

Oslo, Norway 15 Jan 2024

MossHydro AS, a subsidiary of Nordic Technology Group AS, is pleased to announce the acquisiEon of the Fiizk Akvafresh estate. The debt free assets and ongoing commercial operaEons includes system lease contracts and service contracts.

The Akvafresh product range includes systems based on Reverse Osmosis (RO), Nano FiltraEon (NF) and Ultra FiltraEon (UF). The product applicaEons span from disease treatment of live aquaculture to producEon of drinking water.

Akvafresh has patented a technology to create ion modified water for treatment of live aquacultures. Water treatment addresses a number of diseases including salmon lice and Amoebic Gill Disease (AGD) and the Ion modified water improves fish health, reduces consumpEon of chemicals and saves energy relaEve to other treatment process.

The Akvafresh operaEon will generate immediate revenue for MossHydro from exisEng contracts. We believe the Akvafresh system sales open tenders will increase MossHydro presence and visibility in the market for freshwater producEon and significantly increase MossHydro´s top line. The acquisiEon of assets from Fiizk Akvafresh strongly supports MossHydro´s medium term goal of increasing revenues by four Emes compared to 2023 levels.
