NTG – CrayoNano announces Q2 2022 Financial Results

CrayoNano AS ("CrayoNano"), in which Nordic Technology Group AS holds approximately 14% of the share capital, has today announced its Q2 2022 financial results. Reference is made to CrayoNano's separate announcement on Euronext NOTC. As part of the announcement, CrayoNano informs that it has appointed DNB Markets and SpareBank 1 Markets to assist in a contemplated equity raise to support acceleration plans and long term funding, and that CrayoNano continues its preparations for admission on Euronext Growth.
