NTG - 1H-2022 Financials and Investor Presentation

Nordic Technology Group AS (“NTG” or “the Company”) reports interim financial results for the 1H 2022. The financial report covers the period prior to NTG´s acquisition of shares in six companies and subsequent closing of a private placement. The interim report and financial statement for 1H 2022 were approved by the Board of Directors on 25 August 2022.

The Company reported revenues of NOK 0.0 million and an operating loss of NOK 6.2 million in the first half of 2022 compared to revenues of NOK 0.0 million and an operating loss of NOK 1.1 million in the first half of 2021.
