New CEO in Hammertech AS to secure international growth

NTG and BoD of Hammertech are pleased to announce that we have signed and appointed Kåre (Kaare) Lunde as new CEO in Hammertech AS. He will start in his new position as CEO 1 February (this year). Kåre has an impressive background as an executive leader with a proven track record. He has been Executive Vice Precident & General Manager in Quorum Software since June 2021. Kåre was Head of Oil & Gas Solutions TietoEVRY in 9 years from 2012 to 2021. We have recruited Kåre to secure international growth, profitability and value increase of Hammertech. CEO Sigmund Hjermann will continue as Precident in Hammertech with responsibility to secure revenues from certain strategic and important customers.
