NOTICE OF GENERAL MEETING
The annual general meeting of Nordic Technology Group will be held via Teams
on 22 December 2025 at 10:00 CET.
The notice convening the annual general meeting, including the agenda, as well
as the Board of Directors' proposals to the matters to be dealt with, is
enclosed with this notification in Norwegian and English. The notice will be
sent to all shareholders with known addresses.
