The notice is attached and will also be available on the Company´s website www.ntechgroup.no The Annual General Meeting is held digitally without physical attendance for the shareholders. Shareholders who wish to participate in Annual General meeting via video conference, please send advance registration to DNB VPS in accordance with the information sent via VPS by 25 May 2023 at 4:00pm. Details for the video conference meeting will only be given to pre-registered shareholders.
