Sale of Nordic Ruth

Nordic Ruth Pte. Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nordic Shipholding A/S, has entered into a Sale and Purchase Memorandum of Agreement on 26 February 2019 to sell the Nordic Ruth at a gross sale price of USD 6.1 million.  Nordic Ruth is a 2000-built handysize product tanker.

Nordic Shipholding A/S does not expect the sale to have any significant impact on the outlook for 2018 provided in the Interim Report Q3 2018 on 21 November 2018.
