Nordic Shipholding A/S has appointed Thome Ship Management Pte Ltd and Columbia
Shipmanagement (Singapore) Pte Ltd as new technical managers of its vessels
replacing TB Marine Shipmanagement GmbH & Co. KG. The change in technical
manager involves one-off costs. Nordic Shipholding A/S does not expect this
change to have a significant impact on the 2014 results.
