Share Repurchase
Reference is made to the announcement on October 19, 2018 where Nordic stated that it would commence a share repurchase program. Following the events that is referred to in the notification to the Oslo Stock Exchange October 24, the company temporarily paused any repurchases. The Board of Directors have in a board meeting concluded to reactivate the share repurchase program as described on the October 19th, 2018 announcement.
