Exercise of employee share options in Nordic Semiconductor ASA ("the Company").

Employees in Nordic Semiconductor have on 10 February 2020 exercised 651 991 options. The options had an average strike price of NOK 45.24. Each share option corresponds to one share.

The underlying shares have been provided by sale of the Company’s holding of treasury shares. Subsequent to the transaction Nordic Semiconductor holds 3 467 919 own shares. There will be no share capital increase due to the exercise of share options. The sales amount will be finally determined on the basis of the price subsequently obtained by the third party in the market, and will be announced in a separate stock exchange notice when known.
