NORDIC SEMICONDUCTOR ASA (NOD) - SHARE CAPITAL INCREASE REGISTERED

Reference is made to the stock exchange release on 24 April 2018, regarding completion of a private placement of 16,300,000 new shares. The share capital increase pertaining to the private placement has now been registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. Nordic Semiconductor's new share capital is NOK 1,797,816.00, comprised of 179,781,600 shares with a nominal value of NOK 0.01 per share.

The new shares will be admitted to listing on the Oslo Stock Exchange immediately after the new shares have been issued in the VPS, which will be completed as soon as practically possible.

This announcement is made in accordance with the Securities Trading Act section 5-12.
