NOD: Secondary sale of shares

ABG Sundal Collier Norge ASA has been retained to

sell up to 1,808,265 shares in Nordic Semiconductor

ASA in connection with exercise of a total of

2,190,366 options by employees.

Of the total number of exercised options, 23,800 are

from the following primary insider who is selling a

total of up to 23,800 shares:

Thomas Ulleberg, employee representative on the board

of directors, exercises 23,800 options and sells up

to 23,800 shares.

After the exercise and sale of shares, Thomas

Ulleberg, employee representative on the board of

directors, holds 0 shares and 0 options in Nordic

Semiconductor ASA.

The placement will be carried out after market close

on 18 February 2013.
