Ex-split (5:1), new par value from today

Reference is made to the minutes of the shareholders

meeting of June 10, 2010.

The shares in Nordic Semiconductor ASA will be traded

with a new par value after the 5:1 split of the share

from today, June 15, 2010.

Each existing share in Nordic Semiconductor ASA is

split into five new shares with a par value of NOK

0.01.

After the split, the Company has 168,736,600 shares

issued.
