Mandatory notification of trade

Epsilon AS, an investment company wholly owned by

Board member Kjell Bråthen has on December 15 settled

a forward contract for the purchase of 3,000,000

shares and entered into a new forward contract for

the purchase of 3,000,000 shares in Nordic

Semiconductor ASA. The contract has a maturity date

of March 15, 2011 and a price of 25.30.

After the transactions, Kjell Bråthen's total

shareholding in Nordic Semiconductor ASA is

unchanged. After the transactions, Kjell Bråthen

privately owns 671,250 shares. In addition, Kjell

Bråthen's investment company Epsilon AS owns 900,000

shares directly and holds forward contracts for

3,000,000 shares, for a total of 3,900,000 shares.
