Resignation of board member

Board member Beatriz Malo de Molina has given notice of her intent to resign as a member of the Board of Nordic Semiconductor ASA ("Nordic") with immediate effect, as she is taking on a new executive position which is incompatible with the continuation of her duties as a board member. The Board of Nordic would like to express their appreciation for her substantial contribution to Nordic during her tenure.

The nomination committee has started the search for a new member of Nordic's Board of Directors.
