Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting - Election of Chairman of the Board
Nordic Semiconductor ASA’s Nomination Committee has proposed to the Board of Directors that Board Member Birger Steen is appointed Chairman. Acting Chairman Tore Valderhaug will at that time return to his previous position as Deputy Chair.
Based on this, the Board of Directors has decided to call for an Extraordinary General Meeting to vote on the appointment of Birger Steen as Chairman of the Board.
An invitation for the Extraordinary General Meeting to be conducted on December 14th will be sent out as soon as possible.
