Nordic Mining ASA: New share capital registered

Reference is made to the stock exchange release on 17 April 2023 regarding the

issuance of 136,544,091 shares in Nordic Mining ASA (the "Company") under the

Subsequent Offering.

The new share capital following completion of the Subsequent Offering has today

been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises.

The Company's new share capital is NOK 1,300,938,393.0 divided into

2,168,230,655 shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.60.
