Nordic Mining secures 24% of Keliber share issue

Nordic Mining secures 24% of Keliber share issue

In March 2021, following the closing of the first EUR 15 million investment from

Sibanye-Stillwater Limited ("SSW"), Keliber opened a share issue of up to

250,000 shares to existing shareholders. Nordic Mining has been allocated 58,975

shares at an issue price of EUR 40 per share corresponding to approximately

23.6% of the share issue. Nordic Mining will after closing of the issue own

approximately 14.3% of the shares in Keliber.
