Sibanye-Stillwater closes EUR 10 million second tranche of equity investment in Keliber
Sibanye-Stillwater closes EUR 10 million second tranche of equity investment in Keliber
Reference is made to the stock exchange notice on 23 February 2021 regarding the
agreement between Keliber Oy and Sibanye-Stillwater Limited ("SSW") for an
initial phased equity investment of EUR 30 million. In line with the agreement
the second tranche of SSWs initial investment is closed with SSW subscribing for
250,000 shares for EUR 10 million. This makes SSW the largest shareholder in
Keliber with a shareholding of approximately 26.7%.
Nordic Mining owns after SSWs second tranche approximately 12.7% of the shares
in Keliber.
