Nordic Mining ASA - Share Issue/Capital Change 2020

Keliber share issue of approximately EUR 6m successfully completed

Keliber Oy ("Keliber") has successfully raised EUR 5.8 million through a

directed share issue to the current shareholders and employees.

In total 174,718 new shares were subscribed. Nordic Mining ASA did not

participate in the share issue and has subsequently been diluted from 18.5% to

16.3% ownership.

Subsequent of the share issue the total number of outstanding shares in Keliber

is 1,465,585.
