Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement dated 18 September 2019

regarding halt in trading of subscription rights in the ongoing rights issue

(the "Rights Issue") in Nordic Mining ASA.

The eligible shareholders have now been allocated subscription rights relative

to their pro-rata shareholding.

The period for trading in subscription rights and the subscription period for

the Rights Issue will be 18 September - 30 September, and 18 September - 2

October, respectively, as previously stated.

Nordic Mining is listed on Oslo Axess with ticker symbol "NOM".
