Barton subscribes for shares in the Rights Issue

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice from Nordic Mining ASA ("Company") 18 September 2019 regarding the Rights Issue.

The Barton Group's subsidiary, B-L Holding Company, has today subscribed 1,461,080 shares in the ongoing Rights Issue at a subscription price of NOK 1.40 per share. B-L Holding Company has been allocated 1,461,080 subscription rights and will consequently receive 1,461,080 shares in the Rights Issue. After completion of the Rights Issue, B-L Holding Company will own 9,864,734 shares in the Company.
