PRELIMINARY RESULT OF RIGHTS ISSUE
Reference is made to previous stock exchange announcements regarding the rights
issue (the "Rights Issue") by Nordic Mining ASA (the "Company") of up to
17,391,304 new shares (the "Offer Shares") at a subscription price of NOK 2.30
per Offer Share.
The subscription period for the Subsequent Offering expired today 20 November
2018 at 16:30 hours (CET). Preliminary counting indicates that the Company has
received subscriptions for approximately 18.1 million Offer Shares at the end of
the subscription period. The Subsequent Offering has consequently been
oversubscribed.
The final result of allocation of the Offer Shares is expected to be published
on 21 November 2018. Notices of allocation of Offer Shares and the corresponding
subscription amount to be paid by each individual subscriber will be distributed
on 21 November 2018. Payment for the Offer Shares is due on 23 November 2018.

Norway where a prospective area of sulphide mineralisation has been discovered.
Nordic Mining is also exploring opportunities related to seabed mineral
resources.
