Board member subscribes for shares in the Rights Issue

Board member subscribes for shares in the Rights Issue

On 15 June 2016, board member Mari Thjømøe, through the company ThjømøeKranen

AS, subscribed 240,000 shares in the ongoing Rights Issue in Nordic Mining at a

subscription price of NOK 0.50 per share. ThjømøeKranen AS has been allocated

102,650 subscription rights and will receive 102,650 shares in the Rights Issue.

In addition, ThjømøeKranen AS may be allocated up to 137,350 shares based on the

subscription for shares without subscription rights.

ThjømøeKranen AS owns 232,779 shares in Nordic Mining prior to the subscription.
