Chairman of the board subscribes for shares in the Rights Issue

Chairman of the board, Tarmo Tuominen has today subscribed 165,666 shares in the

ongoing Rights Issue in Nordic Mining at a subscription price of NOK 0.50 per

share. Tuominen has been allocated 165,666 subscription rights, and he will

receive 165,666 shares in the Rights Issue.

Tarmo Tuominen owns 375,678 shares in Nordic Mining prior to the transaction.
