Reference is made to previous announcements in respect of the Rights Issue of up
to 170,000,000 new shares in Nordic Mining ASA ("Nordic Mining").
The period for trading in subscription rights (ticker "NOM T") for the Rights
Issue will expire tomorrow Tuesday 21 June 2016 at 16:30 (CET).
Subscription rights for participation in the Rights Issue can be exercised
during the on-going subscription period, which will expire on 23 June 2016 at
16:30 (CET).
Subscription rights that are not used to subscribe for new shares before the
expiry of the subscription period on 23 June 2016 at 16:30 (CET), or not sold
before 21 June 2016 at 16:30 (CET), will have no value and will lapse without
compensation to the holder.

Nordic Mining holds exploration rights on the Øksfjord Peninsula in Troms and
Finnmark, where the Company has discovered a prospective area of sulphide
mineralisation. Through the subsidiary Nordic Ocean Resources AS, Nordic Mining
is exploring opportunities related to seabed mineral resources.
