CEO subscribes for shares in the Rights Issue

CEO Ivar S. Fossum has today subscribed 500,000 shares in the ongoing Rights

Issue in Nordic Mining at a subscription price of NOK 0.50 per share. Fossum has

been allocated 936,241 subscription rights, and he will receive 500,000 shares

in the Rights Issue.

Ivar S. Fossum owns 2,123,092 shares in Nordic Mining prior to the subscription.
