CFO subscribes for shares in the Rights Issue

CFO subscribes for shares in the Rights Issue

CFO Lars K. Grøndahl has today through his company Magil AS subscribed 1,000,000

shares in the ongoing Rights Issue in Nordic Mining at a price of NOK 0.50 per

share. Magil AS has been allocated 2,866,371 subscription rights, and Magil AS

will receive 1,000,000 shares in the Rights Issue.

Magil AS owns 6,500,000 shares in Nordic Mining prior to the transaction.
