Board member subscribes for shares in the Rights Issue

Board member subscribes for shares in the Rights Issue

Board member Tore Viana-Rønningen has today through his related company ETVR

Invest AS subscribed 114,694 shares in the ongoing Rights Issue in Nordic Mining

at a subscription price of NOK 0.50 per share. ETVR Invest AS has been allocated

110,379 subscription rights and will receive 110,379 shares in the Rights Issue.

In addition, ETVR Invest AS may be allocated up to 4,315 shares based on the

subscription for shares without subscription rights.

ETVR Invest AS owns 250,306 shares in Nordic Mining prior to the transaction.
