Exploration Manager subscribes for shares in the Rights Issue

Exploration Manager Mona Schanche has today subscribed 20,000 shares in the

ongoing Rights Issue in Nordic Mining at a subscription price of NOK 0.50 per

share. Mona Schanche has been allocated 81,280 subscription rights and will

receive 20,000 shares in the Rights Issue.

Mona Schanche owns 184,317 shares in Nordic Mining prior to the transaction.
