Correction - Final result of the Rights Issue in Nordic Mining
Please observe that the final allocation of new shares in the Rights Issue has
been corrected to 131,728,003. Gross proceeds from the issue were approximately
NOK 65.9 million.
With reference to stock exchange release dated 24 June 2016 it is hereby
informed that the number of shares allocated in the Rights Issue in Nordic
Mining has been corrected to 131,728,003 new shares.
Following registration of the share capital increase in the Norwegian Register
of Business Enterprises, the share capital of Nordic Mining (after the
correction) will be NOK 51,723,280.80 divided into 517,232,808 shares, each with
a nominal value of NOK 0.10.

the Company has discovered a prospective area of sulphide mineralisation.
Through the subsidiary Nordic Ocean Resources AS, Nordic Mining is exploring
opportunities related to seabed mineral resources.
