The Rights Issue in Nordic Mining is now completed and the new shares will be

listed on Oslo Axess.

Reference is made to stock exchange notice 27 June 2016 regarding the final

result of the Rights Issue in Nordic Mining. The Rights Issue of 131,728,003 new

shares was done at a subscription price of NOK 0.50 per share. The par value of

the issued shares is NOK 0.10. Nordic Mining's share capital was increased by

NOK 13,172,800.30.

The capital increase has today been registered with the Norwegian Register of

Business Enterprises. Nordic Mining's share capital is currently NOK

51,723,280.80 divided into 517,232,808 shares, each with a par value of NOK

0.10.

The new shares will be tradable when they have been transferred to the VPS

accounts of the investors; such transfer is expected to be executed today, 1

July 2016.

Through the Rights Issue, Nordic Mining will receive proceeds of approximately

NOK 65.9 million before deduction of transaction costs.

Swedbank is appointed manager and Kvale Advokatfirma is legal advisor for the

transaction.

the Company has discovered a prospective area of sulphide mineralisation.

Through the subsidiary Nordic Ocean Resources AS, Nordic Mining is exploring

opportunities related to seabed mineral resources.
