KEY INFORMATION RELATING TO THE REVERSE SHARE SPLIT IN NORDIC MINING ASA
Reference is made to the stock exchange release made on 5 December 2016
containing the minutes from the extraordinary general meeting and the resolution
regarding a reverse share split with a ratio of 6:1.
The company has resolved that the reverse split shall be implemented based on
the key dates set out below:
· Date on which the corporate action was made public: 5 December 2016
· Reverse split ratio: 6:1 (6 existing shares give 1 new share)
· Last day including right: 7 December 2016
· Ex-date: 8 December 2016
· Record date: 9 December 2016
· Date of approval: 5 December 2016
· Other information: After the completion of the reverse split, the company
will have 86,205,468 shares outstanding, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.60.
This information is published in accordance with the requirements in the
Continuing Obligations.

start mining of lithium bearing spodumene and production of lithium carbonate.
Nordic Mining holds exploration rights on the Øksfjord Peninsula in Troms and
Finnmark, where the Company has discovered a prospective area of sulphide
mineralisation. Through the subsidiary Nordic Ocean Resources AS, Nordic Mining
is exploring opportunities related to seabed mineral resources.
